Carpet Cleaning
With Many Equipment Options, we Can Dry-Clean,
Wet Extract or Steam-Clean your Carpets
AYS Cleaning Group offers both a wet and dry method for beautification and the removal of stains, dirt, grit, sand, and allergens from your carpets.
Hot water extraction commonly referred to as steam cleaning. AYS Cleaning Groups exclusive hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended!
We also offer Dry Encapsulation carpet cleaning. The crystallizing method of maintenance is a low moisture procedure similar in some respects to the dry extraction method but instead of using the powder, a liquid encapsulation solution is used. Cleaning agents entirely encapsulates foreign soils in a clear polymer that still looks perfect to the naked eye or even under low magnification. The soil is there, but all that can be seen is bright and clean carpet. The soil-laden crystals are removed easily by vacuuming, which may occur at any time without adverse effect. Benefits include immediate access to the area without the necessity of extended drying time.
AYS Cleaning Group will meet with each client to discuss their individual needs and make recommendations as to which process would work best.
