Quality Control Procedures

Our process for quality control is through the utilization of our cloud-based custodial software. This software allow us to perform quick and effective mobile inspections within each facility we service.

     * Inspect and facility with a custom designed inspection program to drive performance
     * Capture, track, annotate, and caption images to reinforce inspection results 

     * Generate charts and graphs to deliver immediate
feedback

Our senior management staff will conduct quality control inspections and meet with clients and staff on a daily basis upon starting a new contract. These quality control visits will taper off to a bi-weekly and monthly basis once a smooth operation system has been established.

All concerns or complaints regarding the service provided may also be reported via email to ops@ayscleaninggroup.com. This email is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a concern or complaint is received Ray Ojeda, our General Manager, will contact the onsite supervisor for
your facility and it will be corrected immediately.


We provide ongoing education and training for our staff that is supplied primarily by our
vendors in the form of
health & safety, equipment training and effective cleaning practices.
