getting multiple price quotes is a must. Just make sure you're comparing apples to apples. sometimes companies will try and find areas to cut corners in like the products they use. it makes sense to leverage other companies that specialize in these tasks too because if your employees are scattered in their tasks in doing productive actives and other tasks that don't produce any income like cleaning their office. Then you're being very inefficient.
